On a 60/40 commission split. $6,000 x .60 = $3,600
On a 70/30 split = $6,000 x .70 = $4,200
On a 80/20 split = $6,000 x .80 = $4,800
If you were with Sundance Realty =$6,000 - $400 fee = $5,600 = your net income with us.
You keep all the commission minus our $400 per transaction fee.
